Creative Careers for everyone
Our Mission
Rebels and Pilgrims is a CIC with a mission to challenge inequality and systemic barriers in the creative industry, making it more diverse.
We do that by running creative events that bring the community together, forming a supportive network and delivering workshops, training and panel events that share insider knowledge.
Why we exist
West London is full of talent but not everyone is given the same opportunity.

Currently privileged men are 5 x more likely to be in creative roles than working-class women, leadership roles remain out of reach for many and London’s creative workforce still doesn’t reflect our city, where around 40% of people are from a global majority background.
These barriers don’t just limit careers; they affect confidence, wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

Rebels and Pilgrims exists because too many talented people are shut out of the creative industry by unpaid work, closed networks and a lack of guidance and support.
We’re here to challenge systemic inequality, remove these barriers, and help create a creative industry where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
Our Team
Our Board of Directors is made of passionate individuals committed to making a difference for our community. Together, we bring a range of skills and expertise, from inclusion and youth work to HR and education, making sure our projects are impactful and build a more diverse creative industry.
