Creative Careers Programme
Delivered in partnership with Villier’s High School, this programme worked with Year 9 students to show that creative careers are valid, achievable pathways and that people who look like them are already making a living from their creativity.
Across two workshops, students were introduced to new creative approaches that expanded their thinking, built confidence, and for some directly influenced their GCSE subject choices.

Open Mics Programme
A series of open mics delivered across six community venues, including a church, libraries, youth centres and high streets, meeting young people where they are. The programme reached over 150 young people aged 14–25 (80% from South Asian and Black Caribbean backgrounds) and resulted in 12 artists performing at Ealing’s Youth Festival.

Girls To The Front
Hosted at the Young Adult Centre in Southall, Girls To The Front was an open mic created to give femme artists a safe, supportive platform to perform, build confidence, and be heard. The event resulted in two artists performing at an open mic for the very first time and created an empowering space filled with encouragement, connection and celebration for everyone who took part.

Pretend It’s Not Little India
A series of creative events designed to bring West London’s creative community together. Hosted at Parkside Yards and in collaboration with House of AEIOU (Southall’s first books and arts store) the programme created an inclusive space for artists, musicians, and creatives to share their work, build connections, access job opportunities and openly discuss the barriers faced by global majority creatives.
